Do I have to give my contact information upon arrival?

Every guest is now required by mandate, to give us their first name, last name and contact information.

What new cleaning procedures do you have?

We have implemented a CLEAN TEAM, during peak times. This is a dedicated team member whose sole responsibility is to clean all high touch and common guest areas throughout our facility.

Our clean team are set up with masks, gloves and Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant to ensure a safe facility.

We have developed High Touch Employee Department Checklists, that are monitored hourly to ensure all employee areas and shared guest equipment are clean and sanitized after each use and hourly if not used.

How have you physically distanced your dining tables?

We encourage our guests to reserve their table.

Our capacity has been reduced to 40% of normal. All of our dinner tables are measured daily and kept 6 feet apart as per regulation.

We do not allow a table seating over a 6 person bubble. We have reduced our capacity in Socialbowl to ensure that all tables are 6 feet apart as per the mandated regulation. We have removed all single use items from our dining tables, all menus are disposable one time use, as well as a digital menu available for contactless ordering.

While you are here for you visit, please remain seated at you table, no mingling or table hopping.

Group Events can still happen with a larger quantity in an Private Event Space, although tables must remain physical distanced 6 feet apart during these events.

We have installed non-permeable barriers in high traffic areas and installed floor graphics, directional arrows and signage throughout our facility.

Do I have to wear a mask or face covering?

London is currently under a mandatory mask by-law. You must wear a mask, if you are able.

The only exceptions are if you are eating, drinking or to engage in an athletic or fitness activity.

Can I book a Group Event?

Yes you can!

We are confident in hosting safe events for you and your group. All buffet food will be served by our employees. We have reduced capacity in our event areas to ensure that all tables are six feet apart as required. Full facility bookings are available through our Events Teams during off peak hours.

Contact tracing is required for all guests attending your event by 11am on the day your event is to take place. Our Events Team will send you a spreadsheet to use.

The maximum number of people at a table is now 6 people. Guests in your event area must remain seated during your event, no mingling or table hoping to ensure proper distancing.

Is the arcade safe?

All of our video games gave been distanced throughout our facility. Signage and stickers have been applied to the games to explain which ones should be played with only your bubble instead of strangers.

Our games have a monthly application of an antibacterial shield coating, along with being wiped hourly with Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant.

We request that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult while playing.

How are you keeping Bowling safe?

Our guests are encouraged to reserve their own private lane
BOOK YOUR PRIVATE LANE

Our Bowling lanes are separated by each pair with non-permeable barriers.

All high touch points on the lane are cleaned after each guest use. All benches, stools, tables, scoring tablet and ball return are cleaned and disinfected with our Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant.

All exterior of our Bowling Balls are wiped with Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant, with each finger hole scrubbed as well with PMSC+D.

Disposable shoe covers are available upon request. Masks, sanitizer and gloves available to all guests free of charge.

How are you keeping Billiards safe?

We have removed all cues, balls, triangles and racks to the front desk. All shared equipment is cleaned and disinfected after each use with Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant.

All Billiard tables are wiped hourly with the rest of our high touch point checklist.
